Our salesman was more human then a salesman After looking at vehicles for almost 3 months we finally found not only a vehicle we wanted but a salesman we want to work with. We didn’t pick the warmest day to look for a vehicle but everyone at Freedom was still very happy and ready to help us. Doug took us out in multiple vehicles and stood outside in the cold to check them all out with us and answered all our questions. Doug was very nice and helpful – it was like sitting down with an old friend. He was more interested in us meeting our goals and getting into the right vehicle that worked for our budget then trying just sell a vehicle. He is a very creative individual. The entire team was flexible in many ways to help make this deal as stress free as possible. We live over 45 miles away and it was worth the drive! One thing I would suggest is some sort of military appreciation for both active military and veterans. More

Doug is the best I needed another 4wd truck badly. The Ranger I wanted sold 30 min. before I arrived to see Doug. ( not good ), he was very sorry for that. We looked at a few within the budget I had set for him. He showed me a few trucks I didnt care for. He said he has a SUV he wanted to show me. A SUV?? I wasnt sure about that. We looked at a 06 Highlander with low miles, nice dark blue , very nice inside, all the bells and whistles. I test drove it" hard" over the weekend. Handles VERY well, good pickup, lots of room ( a good thing ) inside. Took it back and did the paper work on it, drove it home. Ya did good Doug. I have put over 3k miles on it since late November. I am happy with the Highlander, I do recommend them and Freedom to friends. I thank Doug and the lady ( forgot her name, sorry) that helped him. More

First experience with dealership After being immediately greeted at the door by a friendly staff member, I was paired up with Jasten from the sales team. After a few minutes of conver After being immediately greeted at the door by a friendly staff member, I was paired up with Jasten from the sales team. After a few minutes of conversation I started negotiating a deal on a new vehicle purchase. I was immediately impressed with how easy the conversation went. No high pressure tactics, no nonsense. It was like talking to a friend. After our first encounter I walked away to "sleep on it", for no reason other than to make sure I was making a sound decision. Without hesitation I called Jasten the next business day and setup a time to finalize the deal. When I arrived, the vehicle was ready to go and Jasten went over all of the features with me. Next I spoke to Shane in finance. Shane was a pleasure to speak to. Again, no nonsense, no pressure. I had the feeling that Shane was looking out for my best interests. All said and done I was at the dealership for maybe 1.5 hours the night of delivery. On both visits I had also spoken to the manager Wes who was very friendly. I can't say enough good things about my overall experience. I look forward to future engagements with the service department in the future. I can say without a doubt that if you work with Jasten you should have a great car-buying experience! More

We phoned our dealer in Hanover for a suggestion as to where we might take the car. They were very helpful and they suggested Freedom Toyota in Hamburg. We called and they told us to come over. They saw us and Bob the tech was just ready to go to lunch. He put lunch on hold to check out our car. He fixed it and got us on our way in a little over an hour. Can't tell you how much we appreciated the service. We had our dog with us and they had no problem letting us take her in with us while we waited. Great service! More
