Bait and switch I called about a new Tundra to check it was in stock before I drove up to see it. Listed as new on the website. The truck had several thousand miles on it and was being driving by the sales manager. I test drove the car and it still had all his personal crap inside and was not even clean. I got a blank stare when I mentioned the mileage was not what was listed on the website. We left and we were sent another email about the tuck, once again listing it as new with 7 miles when it was used with several thousand. You can split hairs and say because it was not titled and was driven by an employee it is considered "new". but lying about the mileage being 7....when it really has 4,000+ is a different story. Bought a new $50k tundra from another dealer. Will not be back to this Freedom again. I am writing this review because I saw a recent ads saying Freedom was top rated on dealerrater and I found that offensive. More

Erin truly goes above and beyond! It started as a simple state inspection/emissions and when I got there I asked them to balance my tires. The sales manager insulted us by trying to "steal" our trade-in by offering far less than the KBB wholesale price for a car that was garage-kept, was never smoked in, no scratches or dents, and mechanically well maintained, We accepted this deal mainly because we wanted another Camry and time was running out for 0% financing and we were comfortable working with Doug, Also, when the transmission in our last Camry failed while under warranty, we were not provided a loaner in a timely and hassle-free fashion. What could bring us back to this dealership in the future? Other dealerships are much farther away, 0% financing, satisfactory service with our 2016 Camry, and Doug Murphy. More
