My experience with Erin Tobias, great customer service! I recently took my Scion to the Hamburg dealership for an oil change. Erin was able to provide us with a rental car so that I could make it to a fitti I recently took my Scion to the Hamburg dealership for an oil change. Erin was able to provide us with a rental car so that I could make it to a fitting for my wedding dress, and it was very much appreciated. Erin has fantastic communication skills, and a very friendly and professional demeanor. I was immediately informed that my battery was very low, and when Erin called to give me the update, she did not make me feel in any way pressured to buy a new battery right then and there. I did because I knew it was probably the best option and because she also explained where it was at compared to manufacturer recommendations. I only have good things to say about my experience. Erin was an absolute pleasure to work with, and we look forward to working with her in the future. More
