Extremely pleased with sales representatives and service. I had the privilege of dealing with two sales representatives at Freedom. Weston Kemmerer and Jasten Prutzman. This occurred because in July I went to I had the privilege of dealing with two sales representatives at Freedom. Weston Kemmerer and Jasten Prutzman. This occurred because in July I went to the dealership to look and test drive a vehicle but wasn't ready to purchase until I drove other models. At this point I was dealing with Weston. Weston kept in touch over the next few months letting me know what new incentives, etc were available. He did this with out being pushy which I appreciated.When I decided to purchase a Toyota and went to Freedom (without an appointment) Weston was already taking care of two customers. He graciously asked if it would be all right if he let Jasten help me because he didn't want me to wait or not receive the attention I deserved. Jasten was just as friendly and helpful as Weston. Both men were extremely patient with me explaining everything in detail both times I was at the show room. This is my first Toyota and first brand new car. They both were very knowledgeable about the vehicles and genuinely cared that I was getting a vehicle I liked and would met my needs. Weston still took time to check on me during the buying process which I liked. I will definitely recommend Weston and Jasten and Freedom Toyota to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Warranty Work- 2013 Venza I have had to return on SEVERAL occasions to get the issue resolved on this vehicle.
