Amazing experience x3 We have bought 3 vehicles in the past 3 years and our salesman Raj is the best, he got us what we wanted for the price we wanted and it was just an am We have bought 3 vehicles in the past 3 years and our salesman Raj is the best, he got us what we wanted for the price we wanted and it was just an amazing experience all 3 times. Everyone is very friendly and caring about your needs and concerns in financing, service and sales. Overall just an amazing experience and if I had it to do all over again I would go to Freedom Toyota and ask for Raj. Raj has a kind heart and would do what ever it takes to get everything possible you want and need. As a matter of fact he came in on his day off just to deliver our car to us. We sent 2 of our family members to Freedom to see Raj and they both bought vehicles from him, one a used vehicle and one a new vehicle. They also said that their experience was exactly the way we said it would be, a pleasurable experience. If and when we need another vehicle we won't go anywhere else except for Freedom Toyota. To sum this all up you can read all of the reviews and know that Freedom Toyota is a good dealership but you have to go to the dealership and have the experience to truly know how great the all are. Freemdom should have been our first & last stop! My husband and I were searching for a used vehicle after my SUV was totaled in a freak hail storm. Needless to say, we weren't planning to purchase a vehicle at this time. The folks at Freedom Toyota were amazing to work with! They were cognizant of our situation (we had to find a car- fast!) and helped us to replace our totaled vehicle with something we'd love. The sales team was responsive to our needs and worked with us to find something within our budget (far from our experience at other dealerships). GREAT! GREAT! GREAT! As with so many other people, our car was destroyed in the May hailstorm. Sad thing is...I only had the Corolla for about five months before the storm As with so many other people, our car was destroyed in the May hailstorm. Sad thing is...I only had the Corolla for about five months before the storm. I contacted Brian right away and before I knew it.... I had another Corolla. There are no words that can describe the panic and the helplessness that we felt after the storm. But thanks to Brian, we were able to calm down, get a car and best of all,,,,, had it within our financial means by working with Shane (a big thanks to you too!). Brian is easy going, hard working for your needs, easy to talk with and laugh with and most of all.... makes you feel comfortable. i must say that both my husband Chet and I, feel like Brian has become part of our family. He truly is a remarkable young man and any person in need of a vehicle needs to go talk to Brian first. I wish that Toyota would send me a review to complete because they would hear the same identical review. Brian definately is an asset to the company and Freedom Toyota should be honored to have him on their team. When we are ready for another vehicle we will be back as long as we have Brian. Raj knows his toyotas, he is very friendly and helpful. I stopped by Freedom to look at a used Sienna van that I was interested in online. I went straight to Raj because my family has dealt with him and they highly recommend his services. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in although it is a few years old. Raj did all he could to help with the deal and I ended up leaving with a very nice van for my family. It feels great to know my family is riding in a safe, and reliable vehicle. Help! I had a brand new Prius less than 1 month old. Two days before leaving on a trip to New England a danger light came on and the message told me to pull I had a brand new Prius less than 1 month old. Two days before leaving on a trip to New England a danger light came on and the message told me to pull over to a safe location and check the hydraulic system. The brakes felt funny and it was scary to drive. Since it was 5:50 p.m. and the service department was closed I was particularly upset because I knew I had to be at work in Lancaster the next morning, my last day at work before the trip. Erin was WONDERFUL - she talked me down from being so anxious and calmly explained what I should do; texting me the 800 Roadside Assistance number if something happened and I couldn't get the car to the dealership. When I arrived she had a loaner car set aside for me. She left work at 6 but she was so concerned because I was so upset that she even called me on her cell phone on her way home from work just to make sure I arrived safely to the dealership. I spoke with Jasten as well upon arriving there and he too was extremely supportive and reassuring that whatever the problem was it would be addressed so I'd be able to leave on time for my vacation. Upon picking up my vehicle I saw Erin again who explained what they found and quickly processed my paperwork so I could get my car back. Clearly Toyota values a good customer service experience, and I appreciate that! More

False internet pricing. Beware of false internet pricing! I drove 2.5 hrs and took 4 hrs of vacation off to buy a vehicle only to find out once I arrived at the dealership th Beware of false internet pricing! I drove 2.5 hrs and took 4 hrs of vacation off to buy a vehicle only to find out once I arrived at the dealership that the internet pricing that was posted was wrong. I traded two emails with Jennifer prior to my leaving my office and while in route I am told she sent an email 5 mins after mine, she lied... the last email I sent her was 9:55 she did not respond until 20 minutes later at 10:15 after I am already on my way to the dealership and told Marc she replied 5 minutes later that the price was wrong. I wish I knew how to get hold of the owner of the dealership and would explain both how I was treated and how Freedom would not honor their posted price. It is no different than if something in a retail store is tagged wrong, a respectable store would honor the posted price and chalk it up to owning the mistake and honoring their price. I will never use or recommend Freedom Toyota of Hamburg to anyone. I have purchased now in my life 3 brand new Toyota Tacomas 98, 2000 and my current 2005 Double Cab TRD and my wife and I purchased a new Rav 4 Sport from Freedom in Harrisburg in Jan, 2 years ago. I am officially done with Freedom Group and potentially the Toyota brand itself. I will support someone that is more respectful and certainly someone that cares about having my business. More

Usually, when people think about going to buy a car, it's off-putting because so many people experience pressure, game-playing, and general sliminess from car salespeople. This isn't the case at Freedom. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with respect and like my time was important. My test drive was pleasant and really gave me a good overall impression of the car. The most difficult part -- the car I wanted sold right after I left! But Weston Kemmerer, the salesman I worked with, immediately went to work finding an identical car to bring in! To my surprise, I wasn't charged a delivery fee, and the car was even washed again and fully fueled before they gave me the keys. It was just a fantastic experience, and I'm keeping Weston's card for when it's time for my husband to get a new truck. Well done, Freedom Toyota! You've earned a family of loyal customers. More
