Best New Car Buying Experience We met with 2 other dealerships before visiting Freedom Toyota. We didn't plan on making a final decision at this appointment since I was not 100% ready to trade-in my 4-Runner. That all changed when we had the opportunity to work with Faith. She was very personable and picked up on my husband's sense of humor which made the experience more pleasant. She never fell short of being professional and did a great job listening to us and getting us what we needed to be able to make our final decision. She was also very thorough and knowledgeable when it came time to explaining all of the new car features. Also, this was the first time we ever drove home in a new car the same day we signed the sales agreement. I have no regrets in the purchase of my 2014 Rav4! FREEDOM toyota is awesome and if you go there see BRIAN LONG Brian Long was our salesman and did an excellent job and was great to work with. He listened intently and said he would get to the bottom of it and even arranged for a loaner car so he could assess the car when it started cold in the morning. Honest/No pressure Sales We shopped around at a number of dealers across 4 different vehicles. I had visited Freedom and spoke to Faith who gave me some idea as to what deals We shopped around at a number of dealers across 4 different vehicles. I had visited Freedom and spoke to Faith who gave me some idea as to what deals they might have, although we did not have the trade-in vehicle with us. A few days later I did research online on the vehicles I was considering. That evening I received a call from a different dealer who offered what sounded like a good deal. We visited there and the quote was not bad, but they offered a VERY low trade-in amount for our car. We left and called Faith who offered a better deal. The next day we went up and closed the deal with her. Throughout the process, she was honest and NEVER pressured us as other sales people did. One even had the audacity to claim they were losing money, even though they continued to call to get us back to buy. We took pity on them and did not go back as we did not want them to lose money! LOL. Faith KNEW the details about the car, was clear in her explanations, and was friendly without being fake. We would recommend her and this dealership to anyone. Also, their service process seemed VERY easy and convenient. I am SO happy with my experience there! More
