I can't say enough good things about my experience working with Kemna! I needed a new car and I needed one fast, because my previous car reached the end of it's life unexpectedly. I live in Ames and had no way to get to Fort Dodge, since I had no car. Caleb worked with me to get all the financing squared away over the phone. He knew I needed a car quickly and worked hard to make sure I could get financed right away. The next day, they sent a driver down to pick me up in Ames and I was able to drive the car back to the dealership to sign the paperwork. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and they made me feel like a valued customer. I would definitely recommend Kemna to anyone looking to buy a car. More

Cindy did a great job of describing what could be wrong with my truck on the phone and then lined me up with a van to drive while my truck was being worked on.
