Great Experience! Where do I begin. Decided to go look at a Colorado on a Friday after work. It was an hour and a half drive. I called the dealer to talk with Dylan Where do I begin. Decided to go look at a Colorado on a Friday after work. It was an hour and a half drive. I called the dealer to talk with Dylan (salesman) and verify the vehicle was still available. That is when I found out Dylan was off that day and the dealer closes at 6:00 on Friday's. Instead of telling us to wait and come on Saturday, Kimberly, the sales manager, said she would come back in to meet with us. Shortly before we were ready to leave for the dealership, Dylan called and said he too would be coming to the dealership to meet us. I later found out that he just didn't just have the day off, he had just returned home from being out of town. What impressed us was we have never talked with Dylan or Kimberly prior to the initial call and they were both willing to come in after hours to meet with us. After the test drive we sat down and actually had a conversation where we agreed on a sale price that I felt was more than fair. No gimmicks and no games. I cannot say enough about our experience. I did my research on this dealer after finding the vehicle I was interested in and I'm glad I did. Great group of people to work with. Tim and Ronda More

Dylan was my sales guy for both of my purchases from Kemna. During my first purchase, I knew I wanted a truck but was unsure which one. Dylan was patient and asked questions to help me determine the rig Kemna. During my first purchase, I knew I wanted a truck but was unsure which one. Dylan was patient and asked questions to help me determine the right version for me and presented a few different trucks that I eventually chose from. This time, I knew which vehicle I wanted. At first no one was sure if it had been delivered from the factory yet even though it showed on the website as available, but instead of trying to push a different version of the same model on me, Dylan searched the dealership and found the exact one I was looking for and worked with the other departments to make sure I was able to take it home that day. The service/prep department went above and beyond by staying a little longer than normal to get the vehicle ready and finance stayed right up until a few minutes after 7 to get me in the vehicle instead of asking me to come back the next day. More

My wife had a nail in a tire an no it wasn't in the side wall. Took her Equinox here. For a simple tire repair. They said they couldn't fix it. An wouldn't sell her a used tire to match up. She asked them what she should do an who ever she was talking to told her that if it was his wife's car he would put FOUR NEW TIRES on it. Keep in mine at the time the vehicle was two years old an only 20.000 miles. On it I'll never go back here More
