Couldn't Be Happier Yesterday I purchased a 2015 Chevy Cruze from Kemna Auto in Fort Dodge, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Dylan Drummond was my sales consultant and I would recommend him to everybody! He really made the purchase of my car feel personalized and special! As soon as I walked in to the car dealership, I was greeted with friendly smiles, and three people asked me how I was doing that day. Right away I felt welcomed and secure. I also visited Fort Dodge Ford that day, and had to wait five minutes before a consultant even greeted us. I was not impressed by the overall experience there, and from the beginning I felt like I knew, even though I went into the dealership with an unbiased mind, that I would side with Kemna Auto based on my first impression. I stopped in when I sold my car much sooner than expected and was in a panic to find something quick! I stopped in at 5pm on a Friday night, not realizing they closed at 6pm. I walked in and said that I needed to find a car quick. Not only did I find a car, I found a car I never imagined I would be able to buy. My salesman, Joseph Holley listened to exactly what I was looking for, and took his time, even though it was close to closing time on a Friday night. I told him I could come back on Saturday. He said he was gonna stay as long as he needed to help me. It was wonderful. Caleb in finance was so wonderful also. I was going to finance the vehicle through my bank, but he got me the great financing on an amazing car that, as I said, I never thought I could drive away with. Caleb was so quick in helping me secure financing, and was so kind. I have never met some one who was so good at their job. An hour and a half after closing time, I was able to drive the car I picked out home. I have never experienced such wonderful customer service. Everyone in there were so much fun and just so friendly and nice! They wanted me to walk away happy, and I walked away hugging everyone with a brand new car! The next day, I went back to learn all of the "Features" of the car and Joseph sat in the car and walked through everything with me from the XM radio, all of the controls, to setting up my OnStar. I cannot tell you enough what a wonderful experience this was. I would give them 10 stars! They are amazing and I will continue to recommend them to everyone! More

I live in Ames and had no way to get to Fort Dodge, since I had no car. Caleb worked with me to get all the financing squared away over the phone. He knew I needed a car quickly and worked hard to make sure I could get financed right away. The next day, they sent a driver down to pick me up in Ames and I was able to drive the car back to the dealership to sign the paperwork. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and they made me feel like a valued customer. I would definitely recommend Kemna to anyone looking to buy a car. More

Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and genuinely interested in my satisfaction with the purchase of my new car. They really cared that everything was perfect. Shane helped me with many aspects of the sale and helped me with getting acquainted with many of the features of the car. He was incredible throughout the whole process and was a real joy to get to know. Tim helped me with the paperwork and set up the appointment for the undercoating. He personally got me a car to use while mine was in the shop and he was also a joy to get to know. He has really genuine personality and seems just naturally helpful. Carey even followed up on the sale and thanked me for my business. I really am amazed at the attention to detail at this dealership. I know there were more people behind the lines who also had an impact on my experience. I believe Kemna strives to do the very best with every customer. I would do it all over again. They left nothing out in making sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I don't feel like now that the sale is final we are through.
