I loved dealing the people at Aurora Ganley I usually hate the idea of having to go buy a new vehicle but at Ganley Chevrolet in Aurora they have changed my mind completely. They were all so nice and i didn't feel pushed at all to make a purchase. I originally started working with Natalie Caruso on line so I could be a little more prepared when i went in to see the vehicles and she was very informative and nice to work with. Once I set a meeting to stop in to look I met a Salesman by the name of Ian Behra. One of the nicest young men you could ever meet and have to deal with when dealing with buying a new vehicle. (His parents raised him right in my mind) Once I test drove the vehicle and decided that it was the one I wanted the rest of the staff made it very easy as well to complete the sale and paperwork which needed to be done. Holly, Michael and Chad were a breeze to work with through the process. I want to give a special thanks to Korey Kainec in their service department. I had a rattle in the spare tire of the vehicle that I purchased which we didn't hear on the test drive so I stopped in the next day and Korey went above and beyond to find the problem which I couldn't figure out myself and figure out a solution to fix it. Thanks again for a great experience and I will definitely go back to there when I am ready for my next vehicle. More
