Great experience! As a first time car buyer, I wasn't sure what to expect. The first dealer I went to was very pushy, pricey, and the staff was not friendly. She was upbeat and positive towards my concerns and needs to make the deal happen. No arm twisting. Her approach was to take away any obstacles that would hinder me from my buying decision.
