Ken Ganley CJDR and Hyundai of Norwalk Ohio is probably the best dealer I have ever visited. I am a dealer rep, from Michigan, and while visiting my dealers in Ohio, my Jeep had alert signals, and was not the best dealer I have ever visited. I am a dealer rep, from Michigan, and while visiting my dealers in Ohio, my Jeep had alert signals, and was not running right. I drove my 2020 Jeep Cherokee Limited, to the closest dealer who basically pulled 17 issues or flags from the computer and suggested I not drive it. They said they could not even look at it or begin to fix it until the following week. I had a training scheduled at Ken Ganley which was 45 min. from where I was, and never met them before, I called the GM John Decker, and let them know my situation, he said drive up here and we will get you right in and work on your vehicle! The service manager, Amy was so nice and accommodating. They ordered the sensor needed, gave me a loner car and told me my Jeep would be ready to go the next day!
