My whole experience was good. I spoke with my salesperson over the phone a couple times, and then the sales manager. I purchased my vehicle in Mid-July 2023. Worked with Don Hull. The initial experience was okay. No sense of urgency to address or resolve the reported issues. now 2 months since taking delivery, I regret this purchase and regret going to this dealer. Should have stuck with Ford. More
We had one of the best buying experiences at Ken Ganley of Aurora with our recent pre-owned vehicle purchase. Both Don and Kenny were very helpful and responsive to all inquiries as we were about 90 minute of Aurora with our recent pre-owned vehicle purchase. Both Don and Kenny were very helpful and responsive to all inquiries as we were about 90 minutes away and needed as much information as possible. Don even took time to go out in the rain to put a video walk thru of the vehicle both inside, out and under hood. When we were arrived , the vehicle was exactly as described and Don got us thru the purchasing process in a timely and professional manner. The finance manager was also very knowledgeable , friendly and helpful. Great experience from start to finish! Thank you! More
