GANLEY SERVICE IS AWESOME! Bob Bowser in the Service Dept. went out of his way to help me! I usually go to Montrose Ford because they are closer to where I live. My passenger Bob Bowser in the Service Dept. went out of his way to help me! I usually go to Montrose Ford because they are closer to where I live. My passenger side window would not go up all the way and there was rain in the forecast. This was on Wednesday. I called Montrose Ford and the service guy told me "no," they could not look at it until the beginning of the week! I asked if they could at least get my window to roll up, then I could bring it back in next week. He said, "no, they were too busy." So, I called Ganley at 2:00, they said bring it in. I was there by 2:30. Not only did they look at it and determine it was a regulator, they had one in stock, and installed it! I was out of there by 5:00. And after paying and picking up my keys, they gave me two carnations! How nice was that?! I would certainly recommend Ganley Ford! And as for those other guys . . . you have to be nuts to turn away a customer! I have been going there for service and buying cars since 1991. Not any more! More

Our salesman (Garry Book) bends over backwards to make sure his customers are satisfied with their purchase. He is only a call away to meet your needs with the purchase. The service is the same way they do whatever they can do to be sure your needs are satisfied. Recently we had a bad accident in our 2015 Escape, fortunately we were ok, the car, not so much. They worked with me on a car rental, giving me a rental far below the daily rate. Richard Robinson and Brandon Smith are a couple of great guys. It really didn't surprise me of their attitudes, it's just Ganley Ford (Wadsworth). Anyone looking for a new car will not be disappointed by Ganley. More

Quick, Convenient and Friendly. As always Bob Bowser is professional and complete. The dealership is clean and the waiting are is comfortable. didn't get the works which i paid for!!! stoped by after work today to get my oil,filter,lube&tires rotated,I got the works package. I delt with bob bowser ,who i've always delt with the last 20 yrs. he said they were very busy and that it would be about 1.5 hrs. fine with me.... it only took an hour and ten min. after I got home I checked my oil level' as i always do' which was full. Ilooked under the frount end of my truck.. 2000SUPERDUTY 4X4 V10 they didn,t grease not one of my zerk fittings' which by the way my truck has 14 of them. not at all happy with ganley ford !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Waited & service took reasonable amount of time. Mark Kunklier, service associate, explained reason noise brakes make, and that they are in perfect condition.
