The $150 each charge for 2 different suspension issues is very excessive. I had to initially pay $300 just to have car looked at. I did expected to pay more because I had services done by a dealership but I very excessive. I had to initially pay $300 just to have car looked at. I did expected to pay more because I had services done by a dealership but I think your charges are very extreeme. My initial bill was over $1000 for rear calipers. Fulton was Very helpful with working with my warranty company and getting charges reduced but I highly doubt I will return to your location simply based on what I feel to be unnecessary charges. If I were to take my vehicle to a national chain such as NTB I would not be charged as much for the same work. Not to mention you had my truck for 17 days just to replace rear calipers. That too was an excessive amount of time to keep my truck for minor repairs. Fulton was great! Good communication by Fulton. I enjoyed working with him. More
