I brought my 2014 Honda Odyssey in for service at Ken Ganley Honda in North Olmsted, and I have to say — the experience was absolutely first-class I brought my 2014 Honda Odyssey in for service at Ken Ganley Honda in North Olmsted, and I have to say — the experience was absolutely first-class from start to finish. The van runs like a dream thanks to the knowledgeable and efficient team in the service department. A special shout-out to Ed Stein, the service manager, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled with care and transparency. He kept me informed throughout the process, answered every question I had with patience and professionalism, and treated me like more than just a number. That kind of customer service is rare these days — and greatly appreciated. My Odyssey may be over 10 years old, but thanks to the team at Ken Ganley, it’s running like it just rolled off the lot. The service department is great! Checking out was the worst. We do not agree to be charged 2% to use our credit card. Using a check was a nightmare for both customer and staff member who was taking care of me. After waiting for 15 minutes, I was told my check was denied . WHAT? I was given a number to call. The person on the other end of this number would not give us any information on why he refused my check. Get rid of this 3rd party company! Finally, Ted, from the service department, let me know that since I have been a long standing customer, he was going to accept my check. My CRV is my first car I bought from Honda in 2013. This car has been very good to me. .I bring it to N.O. Ganley for service so it will stay in great shape! I have never had a problem with this service department. Keep up the great work you all do!
