Worst car buying experience ever. Purchased a car from them last Saturday with the agreement that certain body work would be done to the car, it would be delivered by midweek, and if we were not happy wit them last Saturday with the agreement that certain body work would be done to the car, it would be delivered by midweek, and if we were not happy with the work the sale would be void. The delivery date was moved three times causing me to miss work. Once it was finally delivered some but all body work was completed. The delivery driver dumped it off saying that he couldn’t take it back as he had other deliveries, and to boot they did not ship the temporary tags with the car so it couldn’t be driven. We called and were told the tags would be brought to us immediately then we were told they would be overnight shipped as they did not have drivers available. Three days later still no tags. Their manager Tim will not return my calls and the salesman Reilly Hill makes promises that his company will not keep. Don’t make the same mistake I did shop elsewhere. More

Purchasing a car is a process that I dread. However, the process with Ganley was simple and quick. Although they did not have the particular model/color of Accord I wanted, they quickly found one and had al process with Ganley was simple and quick.
