I bought a 2020 Honda Odyssey from Ganley and ever since I drove it off the lot the alignment has been off. The car pulls to the right. I brought it back to the dealership for service because it's covered I drove it off the lot the alignment has been off. The car pulls to the right. I brought it back to the dealership for service because it's covered under warranty. After a couple of hours of maintenance, I was told that the fluid levels were all good and the car may or may not drive straight because it was raining outside. What?!?! The technician did not repair my car. Either he didn't repair it because it's covered under the warranty or there is truly something unfixable with my car Either way, I don't appreciate being lied to about the repair. Dishonest dealership and I won't go back. More

Like clockwork. My husband & I were there early in the morning for our first maintenance check since we bought our 2018 Honda HRV. Tire were rotated, oil change $79. On every level, each employee kept things moving smoothly. Because there were other people waiting in the lobby, we took comfortable seats in the showroom. We were told the wait would be an hour and it was exactly that. Good service. More

While waiting for vehicle and browsing showroom, I was greeted by Jeff Nowak Went in for service and had an excellent experience with Mr. Zappitelli. While waiting for vehicle and browsing showroom, I was greeted by Jeff Nowak. Jeff was on top of his game with information regarding me potentially getting my dad into a Civic. Came back next day with my dad and walked out in a new vehicle with Kelly closing the deal.
