I came in with a pretty good idea of knowing what I want First off I would just like to say that Jeff, my sales representative, was absolutely superb! I came in with a pretty good idea of knowing what I wanted. I was looking to purchase a used Honda and came to see if anything was on the lot available for purchase. After checking out the only HR-V that was there I quickly fell in love with the car itself however, it didn't have exactly the features I was interested in. Jeff and I were looking online and he brought to my attention a car that was listed but has not arrived to the dealership yet. It was PERFECT!! Since the car was not on the lot yet Jeff was able to allow me to put a minor deposit down so that I would have first dibs on the car. He worked with my weird work schedule and we were able to set a time so that I could come check it out even though it would be a couple days after the car arrived. It was even better in person and being a used Honda certified everything was in pristine condition. I am so so so thankful that everyone who I came in contact with was extremely kind and worked with me to get me what I wanted for a great price. I would definitely send anyone looking for a new or used car to this dealership and will especially be sure to mention Jeff! Thank you all so much again! (: More
