Unexpected Flat Tire I got a flat tire unexpectedly a few days ago. I called my Honda dealership and they said to come down and they will look at the tire. I had the spa I got a flat tire unexpectedly a few days ago. I called my Honda dealership and they said to come down and they will look at the tire. I had the spare on. It was close to closing but the staff said they would look at the tire to see if it was repairable. unfortunately the tire was not repairable. They had a tire in stock and they replaced the tire. I know it was close to closing but they helped me out and they replaced the tire. They even asked if they could wash my car!! This dealership always goes above and beyond to service their customers. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a Hon da. Besides this is my 4th Honda!! More

Best car lease experience ever! I was about to lease my 10th Honda & had never had a great experience @ my previous dealership, so decided to give Ganley a try because of their newsp I was about to lease my 10th Honda & had never had a great experience @ my previous dealership, so decided to give Ganley a try because of their newspaper ads. My salesperson, Jeff Smith, was immediately warm, good humored & very helpful. The whole experience was stress free, low pressure & actually very pleasant! Kelly Kidd in finance & a couple of Jeff's associates were also helpful & nice as could be. A big thanks to all of them. And, did I mention,,,,the price was right!! More

Dealership staff could communicate better with customers. I was told my brakes are at 60%; however I purchased the vehicle from this dealership in February and barely drove the vehicle for 2.5 months then br I was told my brakes are at 60%; however I purchased the vehicle from this dealership in February and barely drove the vehicle for 2.5 months then bring it in for service before a road trip and am told my brakes are only at 60%? It doesn’t make much sense. Also, my salesman never acknowledges me when I am there for service. In addition, I will never forget the way my salesman’s manager tried to ‘trap’ me into buying my vehicle by saying ‘take this deal or another family who I have waiting will come to get it’ until I stated ‘well let them, there are plenty of places to buy cars’ and he finally backed down and actually went down on the price. Treat female buyers better and communicate better about car’s condition at service appointments and assess for the customer’s understanding in case further clarity is needed. I would never buy a car at this dealership again but for small service needs, I’d bring it in if no other delawrshio had available appointments. More

Always great service from this dealership. They go above and beyond. They let me drop my car off for an oil change without an appointment.
