He keeps me informed of the work done, etc. I was a little disappointed to learn that the steering column problem is an apprx $1,000 repair. I recently spent about $1,000 on repairs the largest of which was for a new sliding door motor. I guess I am surprise on these major repairs on a 2015 Odyssey with only 84k miles on it. I am holding off on the steering column to see if it worsen before repairing. More
