Please do NOT turn off anyone’s lights in their car. I always have my lights set to auto so that I don’t have to remember when to turn them off or on. After my car was serviced, the height of my seat, lum always have my lights set to auto so that I don’t have to remember when to turn them off or on. After my car was serviced, the height of my seat, lumbar and distance were all changed completely. My mirror was changed too. I can look past that, however is not it acceptable to turn someone’s lights off and not put it back or at least give the owner a heads up that some settings may have changed and to check once getting back in the vehicle. I actually got pulled over because my lights were off because I would not think that someone else would just turn them off and leave it like that. Everyone I go to sunny side there’s always an issue. Either you try to sell me 95$ windshield wipers, constantly schedule me for more services than I requested to up the sale, or tell me it’ll only be an hour then it ends up taking 2 hours. Fortunately they were able to fix my AC for me, but I’m very upset that my lights were turned off. I don’t understand why anyone would do that, considering the fact that driving with your lights off when it is either dark or cloudy outside is illegal. Fortunately the officer was nice enough to let me off with a warning. I work in healthcare, I am trying to get into graduate school to become an advanced practitioner. I can’t have tickets on my driving record because it will hurt my chances of getting into school. Tell your employees to NOT change a cars setting and just not put it back. It so so disrespectful, and this is my LAST straw with Sunnyside Honda. I will only go from now on if I 100% have too. More
