If I ask them to check something out, it doesn't mean an automatic repair. They will honestly tell you "everything looks good". They won't replace parts just for a sale. They truly take an interest in the customer and the vehicle and discuss options to educate, not pressure sell services. During this time of stay at home and Covid 19, I was totally impressed with the many ways they offered confidence and safety to the customer.
