In the wake of the novel coronavirus, while all of us are directly affected by the stay-at-home order and social distancing, I was extremely impressed by Ganley Honda's efforts to ensure a safe and sanitary directly affected by the stay-at-home order and social distancing, I was extremely impressed by Ganley Honda's efforts to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for their service customers. There were hand sanitizing stations at every turn, and there were tables in front of the service counter to create a 6' distance between service rep and customer. Because of my last memory of the waiting area, I was concerned that it would no longer be available. I was happy to see that several seats were removed to take the guesswork out of where one should sit. When my vehicle was ready, it was good to see that the service attendants, who wore gloves, had placed plastic covers over my seat, steering wheel, and gearshift. The plastic covers were removed before I was free to go. I felt very comfortable with my service experience. Great job, Ganley Honda! More
