2018 CR-V Maintenance Review Had 7:30 am appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Greeted by Wendy Fees, Service Advisor who wrote up the service order and she answered a few Had 7:30 am appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would take about an hour to complete the service so I waited in the clean and comfortable customer waiting area. Fifty minutes later, Wendy came to get me and she explained the work and maintenance checklist to me. I paid the bill and walked out into the service are to a freshly washed vehicle. Quick stop turns into a new lease!!! Our Civic lease was not up until 6/2020. We live appx 2 hrs South. We were coming from an appt in Avon and saw the Ganley sign & stopped in for a lo Our Civic lease was not up until 6/2020. We live appx 2 hrs South. We were coming from an appt in Avon and saw the Ganley sign & stopped in for a look around. The first face was Pedro Rajos. Must say a very charming face at that. No pressure from him at all. He ran some quick #s on the 2020s & we looked around. Had it not been for his no pressure, non pushy attitude, we would have looked around & walked out. He was so eager to help us on what WE wanted. What WE had in mind & what WE could afford. Being planners, several times, we said "well go home & think about it, he didn't pressure us, just said what can I do to help you?, what do you need from me so you leave with a new vehicle?" We ended up leaving with an HRV that day. We love our vehicle & look forward to doing business with Pedro in the future. We have dealt with the same dealership for 40 years. Pedro made it a no brainer to switch to Ganley Honda. Thanks for all you do Pedro. Tim Costa was very pleasant & thorough, made the finance end a breeze. Took time to answer any & all questions. Between Nick Lorenzo & ourselves, we ran Pedro back so much, it's a wonder he could walk the next day. Nick seems like a very solid manager, good training skills & very pleasant individual. Thanks to all, but especially Pedro. As long as he is at Ganley, We will be returning. Happy Holidays More
