Love my new car I went in to Ganley Honda to lease a new Civic. The process was painless and I ended up with a great car that I adore. Our salesman was friendly and answered all our questions. My only complaint is that I went in for the advertised Civic lease deal of $169.00 per month. My credit was run (which is excellent) and our salesman came back with a piece of paper stating our payment would be $249.00. I asked about the difference and was told that included licensing fees, etc. While I find this to be a reasonable explanation, I wish I would have asked to see the breakdown to avoid feeling like I fell for a bait and switch. Regular service plus bad A/C Besides needing regular service on my 2018 Civic, my A/C went bad during the hottest days of late June. Was able to get it scheduled in before the Jul Besides needing regular service on my 2018 Civic, my A/C went bad during the hottest days of late June. Was able to get it scheduled in before the July 4th holiday. Took a few hours, but not as long as expected. Condenser was serviced under warranty. Took advantage of their Customer Waiting area and Wifi, and took care of some work while I waited. Service rep kept me up to date the whole way. Everything that was supposed to get done got done. No mistakes or disappointments. More
