Disappointing I returned to Ganley Honda to return my current lease, and hopefully lease a new vehicle. I knew I was over on my mileage, and I was ready to pay for I returned to Ganley Honda to return my current lease, and hopefully lease a new vehicle. I knew I was over on my mileage, and I was ready to pay for the overage. Instead of paying for the extra miles upfront, they rolled what I owed into the monthly lease payment--which was nice. However, they also said my car had gone down in value by $4k, even though the price was much higher online (Kelly's Blue Book, CarFax, etc.) I understand that they must turn a profit, but this felt like they were just making money off of me in every possible way: the high monthly payment, the down payment, and the negative equity. I used to be in awe of the service I received at this dealership, so I'm very sad to see that they haven't been able to live up to those standards. My salesperson was great--but overwhelmed. Not their fault, but the manager's for under-staffing the dealership on a busy weekend. I just wish there was a little more leniency for loyal and returning customers who have never missed payments. More

Outstanding Customer Service I am about to move from out of state and wasn't sure what new car to buy. I knew I wanted to buy a small SUV and have a Honda right now. The big ques I am about to move from out of state and wasn't sure what new car to buy. I knew I wanted to buy a small SUV and have a Honda right now. The big question, where to buy my new car or which dealer should I buy from since I know no one in the car business here in Ohio. I decided to shop on cars.com due to lack of time and it led me to Ganley Honda on Lorain Road. Thank you to our Sale Consultant, Jake Fillimon who we loved working with and treated us like VIPs. Jake was very professional and knowlegable on the new Passport. Special thanks to Managers, Bob Hudacek, Nick Lorenzo, Pete Kash, Ron Hazelton and the entire Ganley Honda Team. Best decision I could have made to visit Ganley Honda! More

Too long, non transparent financing Everything leading up to the financing part (picking a car out, test drive, etc.) was phenomenal. When it came to financing it was below my expectati Everything leading up to the financing part (picking a car out, test drive, etc.) was phenomenal. When it came to financing it was below my expectations. I wasn’t entirely comfortable with the proposal, but said I’d see the numbers they were able to get when it came to the lenders. They weren’t open to looking at other lenders other than Honda, and weren’t completely transparent on how they were getting the ranges of payments (didn’t show assumptions). They assumed I was ready to buy the car and it was very confusing. We finally got to what I was looking for with a lender outside of Honda that was able to make the deal work. The process took so long - I was there from 10:30 to 5pm, and it was very uncomfortable taking that long being pregnant on top of it. After I was able to talk to the finance manager we worked everything out, and everyone was extremely friendly. I probably won’t be returning after this lease is up - I value transparency and timeliness. More
