I was in for a recall of a defective airbag.After that work was done, I asked for a cap for the valve stem on one tire. They gave me four. I also said that one tire was low. They had me pull the car back into the garage and checked and filled the tire, also no charge. Good work. My only suggestion for improvement is that I called several times two days before. The Service Department was repeatedly busy. I left a voice mail but two days later no one had called me back. In person the service was great. More

We had to wait a while for finance, which is understandable, however, we were left to wait with no check ins as to how long, to the point where thought we were forgotten. It also didn't help witnessing a huge arguement between staff and other patrons. It was not a very welcoming or friendly atmosphere at all. More
