Fixed the problems I brought the vehicle in for some electrical problems and a broken button on y gear shift. I was worried they would need to keep it over night or wait I brought the vehicle in for some electrical problems and a broken button on y gear shift. I was worried they would need to keep it over night or wait for the part to come in, but I was pleasantly surprised that the car was completely finished within an hour and a half of my weight. And I was happy to hang out and enjoy the free coffee. everybody was very pleasant and the problems were all solved in one visit. More

Their service department was responsive, able to work with my schedule and find a time that fit. The repair experience itself was smooth and efficient. Above and beyond I’ve worked with James in the service department since buying my CRV in 2014. He has always gone above and beyond to ensure I receive the best service I’ve worked with James in the service department since buying my CRV in 2014. He has always gone above and beyond to ensure I receive the best service. My recent visit was for an issue with my timing chain and VTC actuator. I called him on a late Friday afternoon and as promised by Saturday he delievered the news. He even went as far as to provided me a video showing how my timing chain was stretched. Since my car is out of dealership warranty he personally reached out to the company that held my extended warranty, which was closed on the weekend, to find out if this repair was covered. First thing Monday morning he called me to let me know the repair was covered and I would only have to pay my deductible. James personally kept me updated through the whole repair. I’ve never had such great customer service and I cannot thank him enough! More
