Quick and efficient I stopped in for a few minor problems. First was tire pressure. That was taken care of in a few minutes. My next issue was my wiper fluid. We have owned 4 Hondas previously and have found them to be comfortable, reliable and an excellent value. We knew we wanted a CRV because of the cargo space and the comfort of the driver and passenger seats. Rob Dickens did an excellent job of assessing our needs and wants and steering us to the EX. He questioned us about what features would be important to us, then brought up a model with those feature to test drive. We were sold on that car, and the negotiating was quick and fair. Rob did a great job of moving us through the purchasing process in a timely way - we were out the door with our new CRV - which is an awesome car! - in about 3 hours from start to finish!! We've had excellent service from Ganley on our former Hondas and knew the reputation of the dealership. We were not disappointed!!! More
