The service advisors are completely transparent on what your auto issues along with their respective costs will be. The service is completed in a timely manner, explained to you and you are thanked for servicing your vehicle at Ganley. This consistent top notch service is not only because of the quality of Ganley's service employees but a direct result of their Service Manager who creates a working environment that delivers results and amazing customer satisfaction. I had a complimentary cup of coffee and cookie, and read my book. After approximately one (1) hour MICHAEL advised me that my car had been serviced and washed. Upon paying my bill MICHAEL thanked me for my business and directed me to my car. A very efficient, satisfying and relaxing experience. MICHAEL LANDINO is a real asset to your organization! More

Turned it Around Initially there was a service issue in that the scheduler indicated a 4 hour fix (re-call issue) would only be 90 minutes and so I had planned to wait Initially there was a service issue in that the scheduler indicated a 4 hour fix (re-call issue) would only be 90 minutes and so I had planned to wait; when I arrived at the dealership I was told it was a 4 hour fix, which I could not wait for. Michael took care of everything and arranged for a new appointment and vehicle to use during that time. He exhibited outstanding customer service and fixed a problem that he did not create with grace. More

They are friendly and polite to everyone that comes through the door. They are very busy there but never make you feel like they don’t have time for you and your questions. They went out of there way to find me a loaner car in order to figure out why my car was making the noise it was due to the cold temperatures. They found it quickly and Michael kept me informed the whole time. Several service mechanics and managers worked together to find out where the noise was coming from and what the fix was. I’m very impressed with Michael Landino and the team of professionals at this dealership. More
