Service Adviser was rude and lacked customer service skills. Besides being rude, the cost of an oil change and tire rotation was exorbitant. fix and maintain My van was fixed under warranty, the side panel of the sliding door on my van had popped off and they ordered a whole new panel which came in quickly. I made an appointment which lasted an hour in which they fixed the door and gave the first oil change. Wendy even found a 10$ coupon to share for my maintenance.
