Great! I was scheduled for an oil change at 945. It did take longer than I would have liked for it to but the staff, especially James, was very professional I was scheduled for an oil change at 945. They ask the technician if something is truly needed and you get an honest answer. Having recently gotten a 100,000 mile service package, my dash board service code that I stopped in for indicated a need for a coolant flush (over $150, which is also a part of the 100,000 mile package). Since they were able to see I had just had that done as part of the other service, the technicians agreed that the dashboard code is set for a certain amount of time and the package we had done already took care of it. Honesty. Filters were also scheduled and they brought our filters to the waiting room to show us the quality (or lack there of) so we could be confident in the need for replacement. James our service advisor is so kind and helpful - the best. Truly a gem. While I was there, I spoke with Robert, from the sales team about a possible future purchase. Genuine, kind and willing to listen to what we were looking for and not pushy. Management is setting a tone of true service at this dealership. More
