Best Service Department I always get my Civic serviced here. I am a female who knows a decent amount about cars. On 2 occasions I've had to get my car serviced somewhere else I always get my Civic serviced here. I am a female who knows a decent amount about cars. On 2 occasions I've had to get my car serviced somewhere else where they attempted to rip me off. I never face that with Ganley. They always take the best care of me, fix everything right the first time, and are very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend the service team here to anyone and everyone. More

Ed Stein and the service dept. associates are the best! Had to unfortunately have a new transmission installed in my brand new 2018 Accord. Ed, literally i felt, bent over backwards to make me happy and do whatever he could to make everything go as smoothly as possible. I cannot say enough good about Ed and his whole service dept. The customer service representatitve who helped me was James Zappitelli. He was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all my questions. They did what was needed, didn't try to push extra services on me. I needed my rear hatch handle looked at because it was sticking and they took care of the problem without replacing which saved me a lot of mon on me.
