Winter 2018 Reveiw The Ganley Honda in North Olmsted was very wiling to negotiate a price that both parties felt was fair and I applaud them for that. But that was the only thing they seemed to get right. When it came to finances my salesman did not tell me I could only get my military discount if I financed through Honda. In addition to that when I though we had established a good estimate of my monthly payment when I sat down in finance it was $100 over my budget that I said I would be willing to pay. This Honda also tried to give me a high interest rate for someone with excellent credit. Finally when everything was said and done I did not finance through Honda, and when I tried to pick up my car a few days later it was ready 3 hours after it should have been and they forgot my owners manual, so I had to drive 30mins back to the dealership for something that should have been there. More

Low pricing, funky financing practices, be careful! I Inquired about price of vehicle via internet and received a prompt reply from sales staff. The price quote stated that I *Must finance with Honda* I Inquired about price of vehicle via internet and received a prompt reply from sales staff. The price quote stated that I *Must finance with Honda*. After I agreed to purchase the vehicle, I was asked how I wanted to handle financing, I replied "through Honda". During the signing of the closing documentation, the dealership tried to stick me with 6.1% interest rate which was not through Honda, not the 2.9% advertised rate! My credit rating is "excellent" therefore should have qualified for factory financing. I was told that "I could not have the car at the price offered with factory financing", contrary to the internet add. I almost walked out, however finance agreed to drop the finance percentage to rate I had been offered with competitor. I'm guessing they offer low pricing with the intention of making up for the loss in the finance portion of the deal. I will not be back, I will not recommend this dealership to friends or family. More

Excellent I took my car in to have a recall taken care of on my 2018 Honda Accord Sport (which I love). I also had a nail in my tire at the time and Mike was ab I took my car in to have a recall taken care of on my 2018 Honda Accord Sport (which I love). I also had a nail in my tire at the time and Mike was able to make sure it was covered through my road hazard package and I got a new tire put on. Drove off with a clean car as well! Great service and people at this dealership! More
