My TPMS sensor was lighting up across my dash and after I notified the tire people to check what may be wrong, I went to Honda for an accurate diagnosis of the problem. Mrs. Wendy was great. She squeezed me in the same day I called and had a list of what Conrads broke and had a full estimate of the costs! She was very knowledgeable and efficient! More

Extremely disappointed I went in for maintenance. Someone came and got me when it was done. They handed me my invoice and told me where to pay. That's it so I assumed everyt I went in for maintenance. Someone came and got me when it was done. They handed me my invoice and told me where to pay. That's it so I assumed everything was fine. After I left I took a look at the multipoint inspection only to find several things needing IMMEDIATE attention that they NEVER DISCUSSED WITH ME...valve cover, steering linkage, shocks & struts, & front brake pads. Any other time these types of things are brought to my attention. Why not this time?! More

They were able to complete the repair on the spot, saving me from needing to come back to the dealership on another day. CRZ electrical fix I brought my Honda CRZ in that I purchased at another Honda dealership. It had an electrical problem that the other Honda dealership was going to pay I brought my Honda CRZ in that I purchased at another Honda dealership. It had an electrical problem that the other Honda dealership was going to pay for. Curt was who I worked with and made this such an easy transaction. He worked directly with the other dealership to get parts and payment without needing me in the middle. Even got the part next day shipped! Couldn’t ask for a better experience. My car is now repaired and I have Honda of North Olmsted to thank! More

Diagnosis not done properly I had sound coming probably from the wheel. It was checked and I was told that there were small stones in the wheel and are taken out. It was not checked properly as the sound was coming as I was driving back home and all along since then. So it is a task for me to take another appointment and then take my car another time etc. More
