2018 Honda Fit We meet James as we drove into your dealership. My front bumper was loose. I caught the front bumper and it was loose. James asked us a few questions and took the car back to the service area. It was morning and we were planning on going over to Bob Evan's. My husband uses a Walker. James called another man over he drove us over to Bob Evan's and picked us up. Our car was ready. We drove off and went on to our Drs. Appt. The staff and James were a bright light to us Seniors. With that said, please acknowledge your employee, Michael Landino. At the age of 72 I have dealt with a myriad of car dealerships and service departments and must say that many times I was not pleased by my experience with service. Slightly over a year ago I began to use Ganley Honda for servicing needs in lieu of another local Honda dealer. Michael was my first contact with your organization. I find him to be most responsive to my needs, with the service performed dependably and accurately. Michael has accommodated me on several occasions when I had no appointment. As you are aware sometimes events occur that require immediate attention and he has always come to the rescue. He clearly has an intuitive knowledge of automobile mechanics (which I definitely do not have). Additionally I am thankful that he has identified and resolved problems that I would have been unaware of. I will always return for additional services due to Michael’s responsiveness, knowledge, and reliability. He is truly an asset to your organization and should be recognized.
