Resolved the Issue Completely I was having a problem with road noise in my 2016 Honda Civic. I was concerned that it might something serious such as wheel bearings or transmission. I was having a problem with road noise in my 2016 Honda Civic. I was concerned that it might something serious such as wheel bearings or transmission. I made an appointment to have it looked at. Within an hour of taking the car in, they had taken the car for a test drive, checked the tires, checked the wear on the brakes and was able to tell me that the problem was that the tires were out of round. Everything else was fine so I decided to just live with the noise until fall when I will replace the tires before winter weather. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and pleasant. They would have provided a car wash while the car was there but the equipment was being repaired so they gave me a free wash at a local car wash instead. I've always enjoyed the help these folks have repeatedly given me as issues have surfaced. More

I took my Pilot in for a road ready check before an upcoming trip to the shore. Their customer care made the bill I paid completely comfortable. I knew I might need brakes and tires (they prepared me last time). I did need both, but Michael took care of me. He found the appropriate coupons and threw in a couple of smaller items I needed. I will only take this car to Ganley as I expect to be driving this Pilot well past 100k miles. I have worked with Wendy in the past and she is equally great. More
