ERIC RODER....worst salesman ever? Possibly.. First off let me say i dont have perfect credit.....but i shouldnt be treated differently than any other customer.I went to the dealership inquiring a First off let me say i dont have perfect credit.....but i shouldnt be treated differently than any other customer.I went to the dealership inquiring about a 15k chevy SUV and was told i couldnt get approval for it but i could get approval for a 21k Honda van. The saleman Eric Roder told me they only had the 1 in stock when i saw 2 on the website. I did a little investigating on my own and found out the other van was in stock but Eric was pushing the lower model to me because of the commission and my credit score. This is a blatant lie on his part due to greed i believe. In the end i wasnt approved for a loan and glad i wasnt because i wouldnt want to give them my business after what i found out. Avoid Eric Roder at all cost if you go here. More

Facts John Izzo was the decision maker for me in buying my Elantra. Often times shopping for a car is worse than having a root canal. I was pretty sure wh John Izzo was the decision maker for me in buying my Elantra. Often times shopping for a car is worse than having a root canal. I was pretty sure what I wanted but had many questions. John is a facts guy, if he did not have the answers/facts he got them for me. He explained the Bluetooth phone connection, pretty much installed it for me. Explained the options the car came with, explained the warranty left on the car. I came away with knowing what I was dealing with. Another thing about John, somebody came over to give John info on a car he had sold...this is presumption on my part. They guy told him everything was fixed. John then asked specific questions about the problems....and said he would drive the car himself to make sure everything was fixed to his liking.. He explained hybrid to me, gave me a Diet Pepsi, and a cookie. What is not to like? I felt I got a good deal on the car, was what I wanted, John was not pushy, nor was he trying to steer me to another car or a new car. He respected that I knew what was right for me. Will I recommend this dealership? Of course, and specifically Jon Izzo. More

We met Dennis at Ganley Honda on a rainy Monday and he did everything possible to make this a painless experience. He even managed to provide sunshine as we drove our new car home. Dennis was patient and knowledgeable in every aspect but car seat installation (we got him up to speed on that). Before we left he spent considerable time reviewing all of the operational details.He was very helpful in all of the off the wall items such as helping me select the best floor mats. Ganley gave us the best price and Dennis was exceptionally helpful as was the gentleman in the parts department. More
