Horrid customer service Left waiting while salesperson tried to balance several customers at once. I explained I didn't have lots of time as I had to pick up my kids. I attained credit approval online to speed up the process and I still have to wait 2 hours to get into finance. Ganley lacked a customer-centric experience. I was their first Clarity sale and I tested the salesperson as I knew more about the product then he did (I played dumb Cesar). He was a very nice guy, as you should be if you are in sales, but he was focused on the many sales he was balancing at once. Not a pleasant experience. And to top it all off I gave them a heads up and I sat at the dealership for 3 hours and they still delivered the car to me with an almost dead battery.Two thumbs down. More

Good treatment I appreciate the fact that I can drop off my car and get a lift to my job down the street. When the service is complete, I am called and subsequentl I appreciate the fact that I can drop off my car and get a lift to my job down the street. When the service is complete, I am called and subsequently picked up and driven back to the dealership to retrieve my vehicle. I also enjoy the courtesy coffee. More

Buying a new HRV unplanned I took my 3 year old CRV in for an oil change and left with a new HRV . How did this happen??? Well it was starting at 58000 to feel like I might have to put some money into my car. I have admired that HRV and I have studied Consumer Reports as well as You tube reviews. I had a very sweet young salesman who spent at least 3 hours with me. ( I have purses older than he) . He was very complete and I certainly didn’t feel rushed or pressured. The atmosphere was friendly and pleasant from the service department to the family of sales . More
