My husband and I were sitting in it and just discussing if we were even interested in a new car, then a (pushy) salesman jumped in on our conversation and immediately I was ready to leave. Then I approached a salesman who 1. wasn't pushy and 2. was eager to hear me and help me to purchase this car. Yes, he was young but the way he handled our test drive and knowledge of all the options that were on this vehicle was wonderful. When he didn't know something, he actually sat in the Pilot with 2 other guys figuring it out and that was great to see. Brenden wasn't finished till we were satisfied and he is the reason why I didn't leave after the run-in with the pushy salesman in the first place. More
