Just went in for a routine maintenance visit; no problems. The work was done in about the time I expected, and I had a cappuccino while I waited. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because of the need I had to bring the car back for a second appointment. I made the initial appointment on line, and in the comments section, I indicated that I would need a new passenger side mirror. But when I came in for the appointment, they didn't have the mirror. So, just an area to be careful of... Be sure to check the comments when someone makes an on line appointment. But no hard feelings. This place is great and I will continue to bring my car here. More

This was my first time getting a car because I just became a licensed driver in December. The quality of customer service shown at this dealership was amazing! When we arrived, the car salesman, Patrick, greeted us before we even got to the door. He was very friendly, relatable, funny, and had an overall great personality. He was patient, enthused, and explained the car thoroughly. He continued to ask if I and my family had any questions along the way which was a great quality. The test drive was fun he was so nice in making sure we were comfortable with offering water, cookies, coffee, etc. The process from start to finish was enjoyable. When I was ready to drive off the lot with my car, Patrick made sure I set up my Bluetooth setting and made sure I was comfortable. We ended with a big hug and I am blessed that he was the one that met us at the door. I highly recommend Patrick to whomever decides to check out Ganley Honda in North Olmstead.
