Oil change and Brakes I took my car into Ganley Honda for a prepaid oil change. I had also let them know that I heard a high pitched noise while driving on the highway. They were able to do the service the same day. They also noticed that I was missing a dipstick to my transmission fluid. They had changed it a year ago. They ordered the part and scheduled a follow up to change the transmission fluid at no cost. More

Finance lied saying I wasn't actually approved but they could approve me for the newer, more expensive, double the monthly payment w/a higher interest rate model. They also claimed that a 1099 tax form, previous year tax returns, pay stubs, payroll printout, & bank statements weren't proof of income. I walked-went to another dealership & left with a vehicle (all w/out proof of income, why? Because I was already approved!!!). Would never recommend this dealership to anyone I care about. ***Called you quite a few times and left voicemail-never heard back, so...*** More

great service all the time! this dealership has always been wonderful to deal with. when i bring the vehicle in for routine maintenance(oil changes) they always check everything this dealership has always been wonderful to deal with. when i bring the vehicle in for routine maintenance(oil changes) they always check everything & let me know if anything has to be done at that time or if it can wait until the next time. they have never recommended anything be done that wasn't necessary(like some dealerships do). Wendy is an absolute credit to this dealership. She goes over everything with you and listens to any questions or concerns you might have and gets the info to the service area so all your items are addressed. More
