Our Sales Person, Giovanni (Johnny), was probably the BEST sales person we've ever talked to and this our 4th leased vehicle (and we've talked to dozens of dealers over the years). He was responsive, personable, respectful and very knowledgeable around the Honda CRV that we leased. He knew the in and outs of various setting to make sure mom would know how to use the vehicle. At the end, once all paperwork was signed, he took the time to fully explain vehicle features. He went out of his way to make the car available the night before Christmas on short notice. This has been our best car lease shopping experience and we'll definitely come back again. Thank you Gio! More

Awesome Salesman I went to just look at a CRV. My car was almost 10 years old and it was just time to get a new car. I pulled in and Eric was out there. He introduced I went to just look at a CRV. After 6 hours he was showing me how to program my Bluetooth in the car! I couldn't believe it. I had leased my 2nd brand new car. I was extremely nervous about having a car payment after 4 years! He and the staff there made my experience easy and really exciting. I really wanted the 4WD, but settled on AWD because we live in Cleveland and you have to have at least AWD. It's been almost 6 months and I'm still excited. More
