When we decided to make the trip from Columbus to Cleveland to see the car, Tiffany greeted us as if we'd been friends for years. We were buying the car with and for my son and Tiffany treated him (and us) with the utmost level of respect (sprinkled with the appropriate level of humor). Did I mention that we were buying a used car? We appeared to be (and felt as if) we were getting the same level of service and attention as the customers buying new cars. If we are in the market for another Honda in the future, we would be willing to make the drive to Cleveland again based on this buying experience. More

We Got Lucky Several weeks ago on a Sunday afternoon, I had a chance meeting with Giovanni (Johnie) Izzo when I suddenly decided to stop at Ganley Honda as I was d Several weeks ago on a Sunday afternoon, I had a chance meeting with Giovanni (Johnie) Izzo when I suddenly decided to stop at Ganley Honda as I was driving home from shopping. I wanted to look at a CR-V to see what they were like. Johnie introduced himself and furnished me with the information I needed. About a week ago, my wife and I were driving by and stopped at Ganley on the spur of the moment. Since I had Johnie's business card, I asked if he were working that day. We took a demo CR-V for a test drive and decided to lease that vehicle. WE were very impressed with Johnie's knowledge of the vehicle. After all the papers were signed, he spent a considerable amount of time with us setting up the electronic commands to our liking. We also own a 2013 Odyssey which is from a different generation so Johnie's help with the CR-V was invaluable. In all my years of purchasing/leasing vehicles, I have never met a sales person who was so intimately familiar with an automotive product and willing to spend as much time as necessary with us. We consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have had business dealings with Johnie Izzo at Ganley Honda and would recommend him to anyone interested in a Honda product. More
