I had bought my last vehicle from Peter Kash, a 2005 CRV and was very happy with it and the buying experience. I left Adam as my last stop because I hoped to purchase my vehicle there and hoped to get my best deal there. The day I purchased the vehicle I met with both Adam and Pete. Both were easy to talk to and very cooperative in the buying process. I feel like I received the best offer from them so we closed the deal. My dealings with Mike Sintoni at the end was also very comfortable. Mike took time to make sure I understood the paper process and guided me along the way. In conclusion, I don't think I could have had a better experience. They made me feel like family and I will surely recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. I will be back for my next purchase. I wanted a 2017 Accord, manual transmission--not the easiest, most prolific car on any lot! They didn't have the color in stock but had the same model for me to drive. Justin and Adam were both very helpful, answered my questions and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. When we decided to make the trip from Columbus to Cleveland to see the car, Tiffany greeted us as if we'd been friends for years. We were buying the car with and for my son and Tiffany treated him (and us) with the utmost level of respect (sprinkled with the appropriate level of humor). Did I mention that we were buying a used car? We appeared to be (and felt as if) we were getting the same level of service and attention as the customers buying new cars.
