I came back to purchase the car from him because I was not hounded by emails and texts as I was with other salesman I had seen while looking at various cars. He was helpful, and pleasant to work with which made the experience more "fun" than stressful as I thought it would be. He also followed through on the things he said he would, which meant a lot from the initial test drives to driving away with the car. The gentleman from the finance department was also very pleasant and informative with out being too pushy about their add on offers. Both seemed like pretty honest people who tried to make things fair during our dealings with them, I would recommend them both to anyone looking for a car. More

I set up a time to come in and test drive the vehicle I was interested in, a 2016 CR-V Touring edition, the same day. Very pleased with the handling and ride, from both the front and back seats. Color of the test drive vehicle was very appealing. The sales consultant, Dave Runser, gave us a very reasonable trade in value for our current vehicle which sealed the deal. Without any high pressuring, we purchased the car that very same day. Dave spent a good long time explaining the console set up and how to navigate through the information panel. There was some difficulty connecting up a smart phone through HondaLink, which required that we purchase an HDMI cable. This wasn't expected and is somewhat inconvenient that the app doesn't work via Bluetooth technology. Several days later, we realized that the check we made out was from the wrong bank account. The Finance Manager was very accommodating in helping us resolve this mistake. We are very pleased with our purchase and the ease in conducting what can often be a very frustrating transaction. More
