Jim Mericsko sold me that car & I was very impressed with his professionalism & the way that he made me feel at ease during the process. When it was time for me to finally get a new car after almost 13 dependable years (thanks in part to excellent routine service check ups at Ganley Honda), I knew that I wanted to head back to the same dealership & talk to Jim again. I had my eye on one of the brand new Honda HRV crossovers. These smaller SUVs have been very tricky to find at dealerships around the state. Demand has been very high! However, Jim worked with me to get both the model & color that was my first choice. He also showed a lot of patience & kindness with me because he respected the attachment that I had to my previous car. That car was hard to give up, but I'm really happy with my recent HRV purchase. Then searched through dealerships, and kept bringing cars to my mechanic, to find they were all absolute junk. Tried Ganley Honda, met the straightforward Tiffany Kruzer. Less than 24 hrs later, with a "thumbs up" from my mechanic, bought a terrific used Honda Accord. Furthermore, every person I encountered who worked for Ganley Honda was gracious and friendly. I next sent e-mails to the prospective dealerships asking for information. The very first respondent was TIFFANY KRUZER. MS. KRUZER was prompt, courteous, and very informative. Over the course of a few hours we exchanged eight e-mails. There was no question about who had the best price and best information. I arrived at her office and found MS. KRUZER sitting amidst numerous awards for sales and customer service. Somehow I was not surprised. I arrived a little late which forced MS. KRUZER to extend her already long day past her normal departure time. TIFFANY KRUZER went above and beyond the call of duty to make MY buying experience simple, painless, and even enjoyable.
