We had just moved to Cleveland from New York City and (apologies for enforcing the stereotype) we like to get to the point, make our decision, and carry on. After having sat through the run-around at the previous dealerships (repeated trips to "see what the manager can do," only to have the price dropped in small increments over and over) we were getting worn out with shopping around. Thankfully, when we arrived at Ganley Honda, we were greeted by Mike "Gronk" Proffitt seconds after walking in the door and the rest is history. Mike was knowledgeable and got straight to the point without being pushy. He quickly recognized we were the kind of people who just want to skip the drawn-out negotiating phase and get to the bottom line. The first offer he gave us was the one we eventually took. He promised he would beat the monthly payment and overall value of every other dealership we went to. Without going into detail, let's just say he delivered (and NOT just by a couple bucks). While we pondered the offer, he presented us with a complete (non-biased) side by side comparison of the car we were looking at that day with the cars we considered from the previous dealerships. We hadn't planned on committing until a later date, but by the time we left, we felt confident enough that we were getting the right car at the right price so we pulled the trigger and haven't felt an ounce of regret since. Thanks Mike and Ganley Honda for being different than the rest. 10/10 will buy from this guy and this dealership next time I need a car. More

Mike Sheppard turned me over to Giovanni who did a great job. Giovanni didn't have to sell me on the 2015 CRV (It's a great car.) but he did do a great job of familiarizing me with the new features, and he worked hard to structure a deal that made sense and worked for me. I couldn't be happier. More

Everything was great except for 1 detail Went to lease a new Honda Accord. The entire transaction went very well except for one detail. I had been informed prior to car shopping that "some" dealers add a fee for the return of a vehicle when it comes off lease. I questioned my salesperson about this. I asked "is there a fee to return this car when the lease expires?" He told me "no, that this dealer does not do that". I signed the lease paperwork which I couldn't have possibly read at the dealership. When I got home I look carefully at all the paperwork. I noticed box #3 on the Federal Consumer Leasing Act Disclosure that lists "Other Charges". Ahh I find a "Turn-in Fee" for $350.00. So when I go back the next day I question my salesperson about this fee. He seemed like he had no idea what his was. I showed him the paperwork and he took it over to the financing people. Evidently he got schooled quickly on what this fee was for. He came back and told me that he didn't know about this charge and he apologized over and over. I said not a problem but I hadn't planned on paying $350 more at the end of the lease. I could however turn in this leased vehicle and get another one and the fee would be dropped. Well I guess that's the way it works. But I'm disturbed by the fact that the salesman really didn't know how this process works. I guess he is probably really good at selling...just not leasing yet.. Maybe more training would help. Overall it was a good experience and I hold no grudges against the salesman. It is somewhat my fault as well as I didn't read in its entirety the Closed End Vehicle Lease Agreement. #1 there isn't time and if one were to read ALL the paperwork it would take many hours to complete. Hey an honest dealership is only trying to move the transaction along. I get it. The best thing is the salesman and the dealership were willing to work with me to achieve the numbers I could work with. So overall I would return to this dealership in the future. Here's hoping that opinion has no need to change. More

Quick and easy, and we got a great deal I called the dealership to ask about the deals. Hazmo Tannous answered the phone. I explained my situation; that I needed a car that day, like right n I called the dealership to ask about the deals. Hazmo Tannous answered the phone. I explained my situation; that I needed a car that day, like right now. I told him I had seen a deal on the CR-V. He said to come in and test drive it and they would appraise my 07 Jeep Liberty for trade in. We arrived 30min later, hopped in the CR-V, drove about 7mi, then went back to the dealership. Hazmo met us there and took us inside. They gave us a great appraisal on the Jeep that I couldn't refuse. We filled out some paperwork and waited for it to all go through. I had a great conversation with Hazmo about our beloved CLV sports teams, and before I knew it, we were out the door heading home in our new car. I don't buy cars often at all, so I don't have much to go on, but this truly was a great experience for my wife and I. I'll definitely be back when my Jetta is ready to go and I'll be asking for Hazmo Tannous. One more thing: the gentleman who detailed the car before bringing it to the door, hopped out and continued drying it with a towel and looking it over until I finally said "It looks great, don't worry about it!" Immediately I ran into Giovanni upon getting out of my car and I felt an instant rapport with him. I was able to communicate what we were looking to do and he met our needs without trying to steer us into something we didn't need or couldn't afford. After we picked out our vehicles, they went to work trying to get us the best price. I should say that what lured us in was the amazing lease options they had on their website, but since we didn't have the immaculate credit they wanted for those prices, our deal was quite a bit higher than what we expected. All in all though, we walked out with two brand new leased vehicles and we're very happy. I would recommend asking for Giovanni Izzo if you plan on visiting Ganley Honda, and my wife wanted me to mention that he is a dog lover, and you can always trust a dog lover! More
