A lot of car salesmen passed us on their way into the building, but Giovanni came right up to us when he arrived and offered his assistance. He listened to what we wanted, was able to answer a ton of questions regarding various vehicles and their options, and helped us choose the right car for our needs. He and his sales manager Nick were willing to work with us to get the price and payments to meet our budget. I couldn't be happier with Giovanni's service and I love the new CRV!! I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used automobile. More

They made us feel welcome and I was assisted right away. Everything was explained in detail and I felt no pressure from Robert or Bob. At the end of the deal, Robert (Who made the experience SO FUN) gave us his cell phone and let us know if we need anything to call. I truly believe they care about their customers and want each person to be happy with their purchase. Not only will I go back to Ganley for all my future purchases but I will tell everyone I know to do the same. Best experience yet.. More

The staff at Ganley...particularly Eli Elias, were not only professional but a lot of fun and very accommodating . I got exactly what I wanted....for the monthly payment I wanted. The process was FAST....faster then any other time that I purchased a car. I went in at 11:00 and drove off in my new vehicle 2.5 hours later. Go to Ganley Honda, you won't be disappointed. More

We ultimately made the purchase somewhere much closer to home, and I was sorry we couldn't give them our business. Can't speak to the experience of making an actual purchase from them, but the price and the experience of working with a sales representative were fantastic. More

Service is not very good here I took my car in for 2 issues. One is under warranty as it is a safety issue (seat belt). They didn't have the part in stock, promised they would ca I took my car in for 2 issues. One is under warranty as it is a safety issue (seat belt). They didn't have the part in stock, promised they would call me the next day to reschedule. I never received the call. So, a week later I called service who then transferred me to parts. I had to check with parts whether my part was in, then be transferred back to service to schedule my appointment. I have never had to check with parts before, as I feel that's the service departments job, not mine. I was able to get an appointment at a very inconvenient time for a mom with small children. I was treated poorly on the phone with no help to get me in during the morning due to small children. I can't believe they wouldn't follow up with me as promised and then didn't attempt to resolve the issue. This is for a safety issue, and shocked that Ganley Honda doesn't have more urgency around such an issue. The second problem (sliding door issue) they couldn't diagnosis the actual problem and came up with a great idea to fix both doors (even though only one door is an issue) for a total of $260/door. We said no, and will get it fixed at another place as they couldn't even say that what they wanted to fix would solve the issue. I have no idea why they feel I should fix the second door when it has no problems. I will be finding another Honda dealer to service my car in the future. More
