Great service Again, I had friendly and helpful service at Ganley. My maintenance work was done quickly, along with some recall repairs. Wendy was considerate about getting me a ride for the day and scheduling the work. When I had a question the next day, I was told to bring it back in and they checked it for me (for peace of mind). I had to ask about Honda Care for some work, but I very quickly received confirmation that some of my items were covered by Honda Care. A great buyong experience After going to another dealership where I had purchased 3 new Hondas, I was disppointed in their so called deal. So I came home and continued my research on new Odysees and got several quotes I was interested in. I chise Ganley because of the proximity to my home. I met a new salesman named Dan who was very friendly and couteous. I told him this wasn't my first rodeo so lets get down to business. I'm sure that he probably thought how lucky coul;d i get. I later found out that he had been working for one month. Dan and Bob did a great job and we reached a deal. Four days later they found the car we wanted and we were owners of a 2014 Odysee. Everything about this dealership was professional yet personable. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. More

Avoid at all cost!!! I was surching for a unicorn. A Honda CR-V with low miles and in my price range. Unfortunately I found it at Ganly Honda of North Olmsted Ohio. 02 I was surching for a unicorn. A Honda CR-V with low miles and in my price range. Unfortunately I found it at Ganly Honda of North Olmsted Ohio. 02 CR-V with 33,000 miles. They were asking $9,500. Test drove and found a few things wrong as well as doing my research about problem areas. Simple list of things I wanted done and I would happily pay them the asking price. Tires, alignment, wiper blades, caliper, adjust valve lash, loose heat shield and a couple other small items. Got new tires, not the oem ones they told me I would get but they are new. They fixed the heat shield and did the brakes all the way around. They refused to touch the valves or do an alignment because " the mechanic drove it and said the alignment is fine" it pulls to the right!. " the valves don't need adjustment till 105,000 miles". They left oil everywhere, they didn't even clean it off the engine, rear differential, frame or the brake calipers. They Refused to give me the mechanics notes even though I asked several times. I am not a happy customer and will not recommend them to anyone I know. In my honest opinion, Go anywhere but Ganly! More

Shopped around and Ganley won our business! Dave called me based on an internet inquiry I submitted. But my wife and I were already working with another dealer. He didn't push, but let me know t Dave called me based on an internet inquiry I submitted. But my wife and I were already working with another dealer. He didn't push, but let me know that we should come see him for the best deal. We did the math, and the other dealer couldn't match the deal Dave had for us. Not even close. When we came in the next day he got us into our new 2014 Civic with no hassle and took great care of us. He was able to answer all our questions (and we had many - this was our first lease deal), and he even took the time at nearly 10 p.m. to make sure the car was programmed to our specifications! Thanks Dave, and well done! Also, thanks Taras for taking good care of us on the contract and financing end of the deal. More
